DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
§ 1 METHOD AND TIME OF DELIVERY
- Goods ordered in the markofood.pl online store can be delivered by courier or picked up personally at the indicated address:

87-811 Fabianki - When choosing courier as a form of delivery, the date of delivery depends on the date on which the order was placed, as well as on the method of payment – bank transfer or collect-on-delivery.
- For domestic shipments over 30 kg the customer should contact the markofood.pl online store to determine the shipping fee.
- If case the time of delivery is postponed, the User shall receive appropriate information by email or by phone.
- Upon reception of goods, the User shall check whether the shipment has not been damaged during transport and if it is complete in the presence of person delivering the goods.
- In case the shipment has been damaged during transport or in case of any objection as to the amount of the goods delivered, a damage report must be drawn up in the presence of the person delivering the goods. The report should include the date, time of delivery and description of damage/incompletion.
- If the Buyer accepts the shipment without any objections he shall not be entitled to claims with regard to loss or mechanical damage.
§ 2 PAYMENT METHODS
- When buying on the markofood.pl online store you can choose between the following methods of payment:
a) online transfer or PayU,
b) collect-on-delivery,
c) payment in cash and by card or in cash upon personal collection
